She has her Property & Casualty license in 20 states with a focus on Michigan and Ohio with 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. BJ quotes, writes and endorses with the primary focus on assuring policies fit individual clients needs with the best coverages and premiums available with an emphasis on long-term relationship building as well as excellent customer service. She has vast experience with several carriers as a long-time independent agent. Her favorite part of the job is establishing a rapport with clients.
