  • Totally satisfied! Overall my experience with Nationwide has been exceptional. I have no problems whatsoever. I have added vehicles, removed vehicles, and added teen drivers. The changes have always been in a timely fashion. My estimates have always been right on target. My rate increases have been minimal. It is very easy to pay my bill online or via phone. I receive my bills about 3 weeks prior to the due dates. My agent is very qualified and helpful. He returns my calls within a very reasonable time. My daughter was involved in an accident as a passenger a little over a year ago and Nationwide paid her medical expenses and has been dealing with the driver's insurance company which has been a blessing. I would definitely recommend Nationwide to my friends and family.

  • I'm now saving over $400/year with SmartRide! So worth it! My husband and I did the devices and he earned a 35% discount and I earned a 32% discount. Not too shabby, considering I drive on I270 everyday! Unfortunately, I didn't start the program at a real good time in my auto policy cycle, so I ended up having to drive around with the device for 9 months but at least I received a 10% discount in the meantime. Just thought I'd share!

I was shopping for new Nationwide insurance and actually found the Masters agency online here, and based on the reviews, I called the agency.
